About

I've spent over a decade as a fitness and nutrition coach, training Division 1 athletes, working with pre- and postnatal clients, and coaching people with real medical considerations. I hold a master's in exercise physiology and a bachelor's in nursing, so I work where the science of training meets the science of the body. My work has been published in Oxygen Fitness Magazine and in peer-reviewed journals.

But credentials aren't really why you're here. I do this because I got tired of watching strong, capable women undereat, overtrain, and then blame their bodies for not changing. Your body isn't broken and you're not lazy. You've just never had your nutrition built for the way you actually train and live.

That's what the RŌSE Method is. I take your real training, your real intake, and your real goals, and turn them into numbers that actually move you forward. Adjusted as your body responds, backed by the science, with none of the guesswork most plans run on.

My whole philosophy fits in two words: better today.
